About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Analyst to join their expanding team. This fully remote position involves conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for various real estate investment opportunities. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making. The role demands strong quantitative skills, proficiency with analytical tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely, all from the comfort of your home office, contributing to investment strategies across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of real estate trends in various geographic areas.
• Develop financial models to forecast property performance, ROI, and investment risks.
• Analyze data from diverse sources including market reports, demographic data, and economic indicators.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment memos for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with real estate databases and market research tools (e.g., CoStar, Argus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
