About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and insightful Remote Real Estate Analyst to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis for various real estate sectors and geographies.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess property investment viability and returns.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports, presentations, and investment memos for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
• Monitor economic indicators and their potential impact on real estate performance.
• Collaborate virtually with investment, acquisitions, and asset management teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst , Financial Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with real estate market data sources and analytical tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
