Key Responsibilities

• Prepare investment committee memos and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and provide recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a similar quantitative role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel is essential) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment principles.
