Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their forward-thinking investment team. You will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, preparing detailed reports, and supporting the acquisition and asset management strategies of the firm. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis for potential real estate investments.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate investment landscape.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, including property inspections (where feasible), lease abstracting, and financial statement analysis.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and provide recommendations for value enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis , financial modeling, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding of real estate investment principles and valuation techniques.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
