About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their fully remote team. This position is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential real estate investment opportunities across various markets. You will conduct in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. Working independently from your home office, you will collaborate with senior investment managers and stakeholders, contributing essential data-driven insights to drive portfolio growth and profitability, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and strategic foresight in a globally focused firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, and cash flow projections for potential real estate acquisitions.
• Conduct detailed market research, identifying emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors influencing property values.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, reviewing property data, legal documents, and environmental reports.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments, providing regular reports on portfolio health and identifying opportunities for value enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis , financial modeling, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and experience with ARGUS is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
