Key Responsibilities

• Manage the negotiation process for property offers, acting as a key liaison between buyers and sellers.
• Effectively communicate and present offers, counter-offers, and terms to all parties involved.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the negotiation and closing stages of property transactions.
• Utilize digital communication tools and platforms to maintain regular contact and provide updates to clients.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the negotiation process with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all negotiations and transactions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate negotiation or a similar high-stakes negotiation role.
• Excellent understanding of the property sales process and typical transaction structures.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and digital document management systems.
