Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the management and optimization of the assigned real estate portfolio .
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for all assets.
• Oversee asset-level operations, working with property managers and third-party service providers to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks, recommending and implementing appropriate strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed portfolio performance reviews and investment recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate portfolio management , asset management, or investment analysis.
• Demonstrated success in managing large and diverse real estate portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in valuation techniques and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
