Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of client vacancies.
• Effectively source, screen, and assess candidates for suitability.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage workload and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Understanding of UK employment law and recruitment best practices.
