This position is fully remote, offering the freedom and flexibility to manage recruitment processes from anywhere. You will play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent across various sectors, managing the full recruitment cycle from initial client consultation to offer acceptance. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on building relationships, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at leveraging technology to achieve recruitment success in a distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development and candidate sourcing.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract passive and active candidates.
• Provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within an agency.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
