About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team, serving clients nationally from a Bristol base. This position is key to sourcing and placing top talent across various industries, working autonomously and effectively within a virtual environment. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement, utilising modern digital tools to achieve exceptional results. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive recruiter who values flexibility and is adept at building relationships and delivering high-quality service remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client needs analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective remote sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through virtual communication channels.
• Provide market insights and consultative support to clients regarding talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full desk effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online recruitment tools.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving recruitment targets.
