About the Role
Our client is looking for a diligent and qualified Residential Property Valuer to join their remote-based team, serving clients across Northern Ireland . In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the market value of residential properties for a variety of purposes, including mortgage lending, sales, and portfolio management. You will leverage your deep understanding of the local property market and valuation methodologies to provide reliable and insightful reports. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site property inspections to assess condition, features, and market comparability.
- Research local market data, including comparable sales, property trends, and economic factors.
- Prepare detailed and accurate residential property valuation reports in compliance with industry standards.
- Adhere to RICS Valuation Professional Standards (Red Book) and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of valuation findings.
- Manage a caseload of valuations efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of reports.
Requirements
- Qualified Surveyor with RICS or relevant professional body membership.
- Proven experience in residential property valuation.
- Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market and valuation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
