About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Retail Operations Analyst to join their central operations team. This role is key to analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making across the retail network. You will work with vast datasets to provide insights into sales performance, inventory management, customer behavior, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret retail operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, inventory, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the retail operations.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and store management, to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational changes and projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Excellent reporting and visualization skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
