About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive security awareness training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and phishing simulations.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization, both live and remotely.
• Design and execute phishing campaigns to test and improve employee awareness.
• Track and report on training completion rates, phishing simulation results, and overall program effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices to inform training content.
• Collaborate with the IT and security teams to align training with current organizational risks and policies.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in cybersecurity awareness.
• Strong understanding of common cybersecurity threats and best practices (e.g., phishing, malware, password security).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and accessible training content.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and virtual training platforms.
• Experience in measuring training effectiveness and providing actionable feedback.
