You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex 5G solutions, working remotely from anywhere within approved regions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage advanced 5G network components and services, including RAN, Core, and transport.
• Develop and execute test plans for new 5G features, technologies, and vendor solutions.
• Provide expert-level technical support for 5G network issues, performing in-depth analysis and root cause determination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on network planning, capacity management, and performance optimization.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in 5G technology , industry standards, and best practices.
• Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures for a distributed team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mobile network engineering, with a strong focus on 5G technologies .
• Deep understanding of 5G NR, SA/NSA architectures , core network functions (AMF, SMF, UPF), and transport technologies.
• Proven experience with network simulation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and containerisation technologies is highly desirable.
