About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior BIM Coordinator to lead their Building Information Modelling (BIM) efforts on a national scale. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK, focusing on enhancing project delivery through advanced BIM methodologies. You will be responsible for implementing BIM strategies, managing model coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration among all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and protocols across diverse projects.
• Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary BIM models , resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and associated documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Facilitate collaborative BIM review meetings and ensure adherence to project BIM requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and standards, recommending improvements to current practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a BIM Coordinator or Manager, with a strong track record on complex projects.
• Expertise in Revit , Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software and tools.
• Thorough understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650), processes, and data management.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP design and construction processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
