About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly innovative and experienced Remote Senior Cosmetic Product Developer to join their forward-thinking R&D team. This role is crucial for driving the development of new and exciting cosmetic products from concept to launch, working entirely from home. You will leverage your deep understanding of cosmetic science, market trends, and formulation techniques to create high-quality, market-leading products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and development of innovative cosmetic products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare.
• Conduct extensive research into new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to identify product opportunities.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and formulation to stability testing and scale-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
• Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications and testing protocols.
• Oversee pilot batches and liaise with manufacturing partners to ensure successful commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cosmetic product development and formulation.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop successful products from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and comfortable working independently.
