Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling engineering, including significant offshore or complex onshore operations.
• Proven ability to plan and execute complex drilling campaigns.
• Strong understanding of drilling fluid mechanics, wellbore stability, and directional drilling.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with drilling simulation software and performance tracking tools is essential.
