Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and optimisation of complex manufacturing and supply chain processes using advanced industrial engineering techniques.
• Develop and deploy innovative solutions for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement on a national scale.
• Conduct detailed process mapping, simulation, and modelling to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Create and implement robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate virtually with stakeholders across various departments to champion and embed process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within a remote team structure.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimisation and systems design.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools, statistical software, and process simulation software.
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive significant process improvements without direct supervision.
