About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Remote Senior Investment Director to join their globally distributed team, focusing on real estate investments. This senior role involves identifying and executing significant investment opportunities, managing a portfolio of assets, and developing strategic initiatives to drive portfolio growth and maximize returns. You will leverage your extensive market knowledge and financial acumen to shape the company's investment strategy, working autonomously within a supportive, remote-first environment, and contributing to high-level decision-making that impacts the firm's substantial property holdings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute substantial real estate investment opportunities across diverse markets and asset classes.
• Develop and implement strategic investment plans to achieve portfolio growth and financial objectives.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, financial modelling, and risk analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Manage existing investment portfolios, overseeing performance, value enhancement, and eventual disposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, partners, brokers, and industry influencers globally.
• Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals and performance reports to senior leadership and investment committees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment , acquisitions, or fund management, with a proven track record of deal execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and complex deal structuring.
• Deep understanding of global real estate markets, trends, and investment strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with investment analysis software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
