Remote Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for new and existing products, driving them from conception through launch and iteration. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and technological capabilities to deliver exceptional products that meet business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product outcomes in a dynamic, digitally-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and detailed product requirements for features and releases.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify and validate product opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a remote or technology-focused environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
