Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple software development projects, from initiation to deployment and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for software initiatives.
• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development best practices.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on software development projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and common technology stacks.
