About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Skincare Consultant to join their expanding remote team, serving clients across the nation from Plymouth 's virtual hub. This role is crucial for providing expert advice and personalized skincare solutions through digital channels. You will engage with clients via video consultations, online chat, and email, diagnosing skin concerns and recommending tailored product regimens and lifestyle adjustments. The ideal candidate is passionate about dermatological science, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a remote setting, committed to guiding clients towards achieving their healthiest skin through informed, evidence-based consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual skin assessments and provide expert consultations to clients.
• Develop personalized skincare routines and product recommendations based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, ingredient functions, and lifestyle factors impacting skin health.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through various digital platforms.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on existing products and suggest new formulations.

Requirements

• Professional certification in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field; a background in dermatology or skincare science is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in skincare consultation, esthetics, or a similar client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, ingredients, and skincare technologies.
