Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual skincare assessments and provide personalized product and treatment recommendations.

• Manage a portfolio of returning clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on existing lines and suggest new product opportunities.
• Train and mentor junior skincare consultants on best practices in client consultation and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records within the CRM system.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Skincare Consultant or equivalent role in the beauty industry.
• Deep understanding of dermatological principles, various skin types, and common skin conditions.
• Proven ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service in a virtual environment.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with virtual consultation tools and client management software.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in beauty therapy, dermatology, or a related field are advantageous.
