Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, high-performance trading applications and backend services using C++ or Java.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative analysts, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on low latency and high throughput for trading operations.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to improving the overall software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proven experience in developing low-latency, high-frequency trading systems or financial applications.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Java, and familiarity with multithreading, and concurrent programming.
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, ZeroMQ) and database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced team.
