Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis for a variety of building projects, from concept to completion.
• Mentor and guide junior structural engineers, providing technical oversight and support.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop innovative structural solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Manage project deliverables, client communications, and stakeholder relationships remotely.
• Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and reports produced by the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural specialisation.
• Extensive professional experience as a Structural Engineer , with a significant portion in a senior capacity within the construction sector .
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a relevant professional institution.
• Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Robot Structural Analysis) and design codes.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
