Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet client hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for a wide range of roles using various recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy.
• Proven ability to source candidates across diverse industries and skill sets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment market trends.
• Excellent remote communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively from a remote location.
