About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of master plans and urban design frameworks.
- Engage with stakeholders, including communities, developers, and government agencies, to gather input and build consensus.
- Prepare high-quality visualisations, reports, and design guidelines for urban projects.
- Ensure designs adhere to principles of sustainability, resilience, placemaking, and social equity.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, engineers, and policy makers.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in urban design or planning roles.
- Proven ability to lead complex urban design projects and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS.
- Strong understanding of urban planning policies, development frameworks, and sustainability principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
