About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design for digital platforms .
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user flows and features.
• Create compelling visual designs, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong focus on digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
