About the Role

Our client, a leading entity in the Arts & Entertainment sector, is seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team, with connections to Belfast . This role is crucial for enhancing the user experience across all digital platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation and engaging interfaces for patrons and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in shaping how audiences interact with our digital offerings, driving user satisfaction and accessibility. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile applications, and digital ticketing platforms.
• Conduct user research, create personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve user flows and interface designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and digital accessibility.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful digital product design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience in the Arts & Entertainment industry or with user-facing digital platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
