Remote Senior UX/UI Designer - Travel Technology

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing innovator in travel technology , is looking for a talented Remote Senior UX/UI Designer to join their product team. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of their cutting-edge platforms, translating complex user needs into intuitive and engaging interfaces. This role requires a blend of creative design thinking, user research expertise, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide across all products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and feature specifications.
• Translate complex user journeys and data into clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, advocating for best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote team environment.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality technology sector is a plus.
