Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join their forward-thinking product development team, working remotely to support projects across the UK, including their hub in Bristol . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface design for our client's digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves translating user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate effectively with product management and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
