Remote Site Sanitation Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Site Sanitation Coordinator to manage and oversee sanitation standards across multiple operational sites. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for ensuring hygiene protocols are met, coordinating cleaning schedules, and managing resources remotely. This position demands excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to maintain high standards without being physically present at each location, thereby ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific sanitation plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and external cleaning contractors to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments of sanitation practices and compliance using provided tools.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and distribution.
• Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related issues or complaints reported by site personnel.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sanitation activities, training, and compliance for reporting to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sanitation management , cleaning supervision, or a related field, preferably with remote oversight.
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards, infection control, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, remote monitoring software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to effectively communicate and liaen with diverse teams and stakeholders remotely.
