Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in social work, care management, or a related field supporting vulnerable adults.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise effectively.
