About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Support Engineer to join their global technical support team, operating entirely remotely. Based from your home office, you will provide crucial first-line and second-line technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with our client's sophisticated software solutions and hardware integrations. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work autonomously within a structured remote environment. You will be the first point of contact for many users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support engineers or development teams.
• Document all support interactions, solutions, and technical information accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
• Proactively identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to product development teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or remote assistance role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly desirable.
