About the Role
Our client is recruiting a diligent and organised Remote Support Facilitator to join their fully remote operations, supporting individuals within the Portsmouth area and its environs. In this home-based role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating essential support services for clients, ensuring they receive the help they need in a timely and effective manner. You will work closely with a team of support professionals and clients, using digital tools to manage communication, schedules, and service provision. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to meaningful social care outcomes from the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of support services for a portfolio of clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing information, answering queries, and resolving issues remotely.
- Liaise with support workers and other professionals to ensure seamless service coordination and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service delivery logs using designated digital systems.
- Monitor service delivery, identifying any challenges or areas for improvement and reporting them to management.
- Assist with the administrative aspects of client onboarding and service setup.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, preferably within a care or community services setting.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various digital communication tools, databases, and office software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone.
