About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Remote Support Facilitator to join their expanding virtual support team, serving individuals across various communities including Belfast . This pivotal role involves providing essential remote assistance, guidance, and companionship to clients who may be isolated or require ongoing support from the comfort of their own homes. You will be a key point of contact, using technology to foster connection and well-being. This is a fully remote position, ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering person-centred care in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote emotional and practical support to clients via phone, video calls, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as accessing online services, managing appointments, and staying connected with family and friends.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client well-being, identifying and reporting any concerns to the support network.
• Offer guidance on utilising technology to enhance independence and social engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential digital records of all client interactions and support provided.
• Collaborate with the wider support team to ensure a cohesive and responsive service delivery across the Belfast and surrounding areas.

  Requirements
• Proven experience in a support role, such as care work, customer service, or mental health support.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanour.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, video conferencing software, and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries.
• A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring remote support.
