About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments of clients' agricultural operations to identify areas for sustainability improvements.

• Advise clients on resource management, including water conservation, energy efficiency, and waste reduction strategies.
• Provide guidance on compliance with environmental regulations and support applications for sustainability grants and certifications.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, technologies, and policy changes in sustainable agriculture.
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions and workshops for clients and their teams on sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in sustainable agriculture, agronomy, or environmental science with a focus on food production.
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice and develop practical implementation plans for agricultural businesses.
• Strong understanding of ecological farming methods, soil science, and integrated pest management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective remote consultations.
