Key Responsibilities

• Develop and promote best practices in organic farming , regenerative agriculture, and conservation tillage.
• Advise on strategies for water conservation, soil health improvement, and biodiversity enhancement on farms.
• Research and evaluate the effectiveness of various sustainable agricultural techniques and technologies.
• Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions for farmers and agricultural professionals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence agricultural policy and promote sustainable land management.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact and sustainability performance of agricultural projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Sustainable Agriculture, Environmental Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and advising on sustainable farming practices.
• Strong understanding of ecological principles, soil science, and natural resource management.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
