Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and define job requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and diversity and inclusion best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a remote role.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation in the UK .
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
