Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client vacancies.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant .
• Demonstrable success in sourcing and attracting candidates across different industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
