About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team, driving recruitment efforts across the UK. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organization's growing needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements and sourcing candidates to managing the offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the organization.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
