Supporting a diverse range of clients, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues related to our software and hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer problems, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve product bugs and enhancements.
- Manage support tickets, prioritize issues, and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar advanced support role.
- Strong technical aptitude and expertise in troubleshooting complex systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical details clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Experience with remote support tools and ability to manage workload effectively in a fully remote setting.
