Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert remote technical support for installation, calibration, and configuration of equipment.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting assistance to clients and field service personnel via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and diagnostic guides.
• Analyze recurring technical problems and collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions.
• Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.
• Assist in the remote training of new support staff and client technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or field engineering role, with a strong focus on maintenance and installation .
• Deep understanding of complex electro-mechanical systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
• Proficiency with remote access tools, CRM systems, and ticketing software.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
