Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice and data communication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and mobile networks.
• Assist clients with system upgrades, updates, and performance optimization remotely.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base and client use.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team to identify trends and implement proactive solutions for common issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecommunications Technician or in a similar technical support role.
• Solid understanding of telecommunications principles, including VoIP, PBX systems, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and remote access software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote capacity, supporting clients throughout the UK.
