About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Remote Telecoms Network Analyst to join their distributed team, supporting their operations remotely from Plymouth . This role focuses on the continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimisation of the telecommunications network's performance. You will be instrumental in identifying trends, predicting potential issues, and recommending improvements to ensure optimal network efficiency and reliability. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will leverage sophisticated tools and data analysis techniques to contribute to the stable and efficient operation of our client's network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance metrics and analyze traffic patterns to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on network health, performance, and capacity utilisation for management review.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents and performance degradations, providing detailed findings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and alerting systems for proactive network monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network analysis , performance monitoring, or a similar role in the telecommunications industry.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and common network services.
