About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Remote Telecoms Network Analyst to join their expanding operations team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance and health of our client's telecommunications network. You will be responsible for identifying trends, detecting anomalies, and providing insights to support network optimization and proactive issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance metrics, traffic patterns, and system health using specialized tools.
• Analyze network data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
• 1-3 years of experience in network analysis, monitoring, or a similar role within the telecoms industry.
• Familiarity with network protocols and concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS).
• Proficiency in using network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data interpretation and reporting.
