About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Remote Telecoms Solutions Architect to lead the design of innovative telecommunications solutions. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for translating complex business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure network and service architectures. Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for telecommunications services, encompassing network, compute, and storage components.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance existing or develop new offerings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Network/Systems Engineer in the telecoms sector.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with various telecommunications technologies, including IP networking, SDN/NFV, and wireless technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote team environment and managing stakeholder expectations.
