Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Remote Telecoms Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions. This pivotal role involves deep collaboration with engineering teams, product managers, and sales to translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient, and efficient technical blueprints. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's offerings from your home office, ensuring alignment with industry trends and future technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive technical solutions and architectures for diverse telecommunications projects.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed architectural designs and implementation plans.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance network performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of designed solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar senior technical role in the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of network technologies, including IP networking, MPLS, SDN/NFV, and cloud-based telecom solutions.
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies (5G, LTE) and fixed-line infrastructure.
- Experience with solution design, proposal development, and technical presentations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
