About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Remote Telecoms Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of advanced telecommunications solutions for clients across the UK. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise from anywhere, collaborating with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to craft bespoke network and communication strategies. You will play a critical role in translating client business needs into technical blueprints, ensuring our solutions are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex telecommunications solutions, encompassing voice, data, and cloud-based services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop compelling technical proposals and presentations.
• Create detailed solution designs, network diagrams, and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide expert technical consultation to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Network Engineer in the telecommunications industry.
• Deep understanding of core network technologies, including VoIP, SIP, IP networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to design end-to-end communication solutions for enterprise-level clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CCDE, or similar architectural qualifications are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
