Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end telecommunications solutions, encompassing voice, data, and video networking.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product management teams to define solution requirements and proposals.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and deployment strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in telecommunications, with a significant portion in Solutions Architecture or a similar design-focused role.
• Deep understanding of IP networking, VoIP, unified communications, and cloud-based communication platforms.
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-vendor telecommunications solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote , collaborative team environment.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CCNA/CCNP, vendor-specific solutions) are advantageous.
